2020 Arnold Sports Festival and World's Strongest Logger Training Underway

Training for the 2020 Arnold Sports Festival and the World's Strongest Logger competitions are heating up, as contestants enter the final pre-event stretch.
With the Arnold Sports Festival starting their events in January, and the SCLC World's Strongest Logger competition in February, many new and returning contestants are preparing for the ultimate strength and fitness showdown.
Casey Garrison, one such contestant, demonstrates his training for the 2020 Arnold Santa Monica in the embedded videos below.
