The class registration fee is $50 per person.  Class size is limited to 40 students, and must be paid for to guarantee you a seat the time of registration. This fee is NON REFUNDABLE!

You may pay for the LTO class by check, mailed to our PO Box or by credit card by calling:
Kathie at Muse Trucking, 246-8573.

The classes will be held on Thursday and Friday  February 5th and 6h and last for two (2) eight-hour days (8:00am-5:00pm). Attendance at both class sessions is mandatory. Refreshments are not served. The class materials distributed will be 3-hole punched; please bring a 3-hole punched binder, in addition to pen(s), highlighter(s), and note paper / “Post-it” notes.

**PLEASE NOTE: COMPLETION OF THIS CLASS DOES NOT MEAN YOU HAVE A VALID LTO LICENSE. To complete the application process, you must submit a complete, original signed (in Ink) application, within one-year (12 months) of taking the class, to:
